Luke provides service to both buyers and sellers, with his home in Whitefield and office in Hallowell; in the Central Maine and Midcoast Maine areas. Luke is a Maine native with lots of knowledge of the surrounding areas. He enjoys helping his clients find the real estate they are searching for. When his clients are searching for a house to raise there family Luke understands that they are looking for more than a house , they are looking for a home. Luke understands that real estate for so many is the biggest investment they will ever make in there lifetime, and realizes how important it is to them. Luke has attended Arthur Gary School of Real Estate, the Maine Real Estate Training Academy and Fosters Real Estate Enterprises. He currently holds a real estate Broker licence. Luke has helped his clients with real estate transactions in buying raw land to selling a waterfront home. He would like to be your Realtor helping you with your next real estate needs. Luke is a Realtor that also has knowledge of the actual building and renovating of homes. He has a degree in building construction from Kennebec Valley Technical College where he studied Construction of homes, Architectural Design and Estimating costs of Construction. Luke also holds an Adjuster Resident Licence-Authority: Property and Casualty and has worked in the Midcoast area as an insurance Adjuster. Luke is also a Registered Master Maine Guide who enjoys the Great Outdoors. He would be glad to give his clients a good idea of what outdoor activities can be enjoyed in our fine region of the great state of Maine. Luke also enjoys scuba diving along our miles of scenic coast line. Luke values his family and friends and enjoys a high level of commitment to all his clients.
